Refund & Shipping Policy (Effective: February 2026)
Global Author Publishers LLC delivers both digital services and physical products. This policy covers refunds, privacy, and shipping.
Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Downloads)
- All sales are final once files have been delivered electronically.
- Refunds are considered only if the file is defective, missing, or not as described.
- Delivery is via email or secure cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Digital Services (Publishing Packages, Website Design, Editing, Marketing)
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of order placement if work has not yet begun.
- Partial refunds may be granted if a portion of work was completed.
- Once services are fully delivered, no refunds are provided.
Physical Products (Premium Author Launch & Print Package)
We now ship physical products such as printed books and marketing kits directly to your address.
Shipping Details:
- All orders are shipped via tracked courier service.
- Shipping weight: 17 lbs (approx. 8 kg)
- Package dimensions: 18 × 14 × 10 in (45 × 35 × 25 cm)
- Processing time: 10–14 business days for printing and packaging
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
- Tracking number provided once shipment is sent
Important Notes for Physical Products:
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
- Shipping applies only to physical packages; digital components are delivered electronically.
- All sales are final once shipped. Refunds for physical products are granted only in cases of damage or loss during transit.
